Dr. Mohd Altamas is an emergency medicine physician dedicated to transforming emergency and home-based healthcare in India. He completed his MBBS from Jamia Hamdard University, New Delhi, and earned a Master’s in Emergency Medicine through George Washington University (USA) in collaboration with Nanavati Max Super Speciality Hospital, Mumbai. He also holds a Fellowship in Advanced Diabetes Mellitus and is a certified BLS, ACLS, and PALS Instructor with the American Heart Association.

With a strong background in emergency and critical care, His journey began with recognizing a critical gap in how quickly emergency medical care reaches people when minutes can mean the difference between life and loss. Driven by the need for faster access, timely intervention, and life-saving support during crucial moments, he went on to found X24 Health, delivering rapid, expert-led medical services.

Dr. Naiyyar Rizvi is a passionate and energetic physician dedicated to delivering compassionate, high-quality medical care. With clinical experience at Kokilaben Dhirubhai Ambani Hospital and a strong foundation in emergency and critical care, he is currently in the final year of his Emergency Medicine residency at Nanavati Max Super Speciality Hospital.

Emergency medicine is not just his field of training but his true passion. Working in the emergency department has given him the opportunity to manage a wide spectrum of medical conditions across all age groups and specialties, strengthening his ability to think quickly, act decisively, and provide timely care when it matters most. The dynamic and unpredictable nature of emergency care continues to shape him into a versatile and resilient clinician.

Alongside his clinical work, Dr. Rizvi serves as a BLS and ACLS Course Instructor with the American Heart Association, reflecting his commitment to medical education and empowering others with life-saving skills. 

Samanah Rizvi is a marketer driven by ideas, stories, and human connection. She began her career at Ogilvy & Mather in 2014, working on brands like Brylcreem, The Economist, and Cadbury, where she honed her skills in communication and creative strategy.

Her passion for building ideas led her beyond the agency world to co-found a startup early in her career, shaping her understanding of what it truly takes to build from the ground up. Over the past decade, she has worked with digital agencies, SMEs, and emerging brands, leading marketing and business growth initiatives that blend creativity with purpose.

Now transitioning into the healthcare space, Samanah brings her brand-building expertise and strategic mindset to create meaningful, impact-driven work. For her, marketing has never been just about campaigns, it’s about ideas that move people and brands that make a difference.
